Far Cry 6’s A Rising Tide is one of the treasure hunts in the game.

No acrobatics or cave explorations for this one. Instead, you’ll have to locate a total of five boats, each with its own name, and activate switches in the right order to claim your reward and solve the hunt.

Far Cry 6 A Rising Tide location

Treasure hunts in Far Cry 6 are optional activities that often involve solving environmental puzzles and putting your grapple to good use with some acrobatics inside caves or military bases. At the end of each you will receive unique rewards, from unique weapons to weapon charms.

Here’s where you can start the A Rising Tide treasure hunt:

  • A Rising Tide location: South of Robustas Hills in Sierra Perdida, in one of the houses of the Yarabi coast.

Now, let’s jump to the steps to complete the quest.

How to solve A Rising Tide in Far Cry 6

This one is started by picking up a note from a house in the Yarabi coast. This is located in the southern corner of Robustas Hills. The game will spot the location when you arrive, but if anything, look for the house with a purple boat at the front that says “El Tigre del mar”.

If you enter the house, you will notice a switch to the hidden cache that won’t work at first. In order to gain access, you must find a total of five boats, and activate the corresponding buttons in the right order.

El Tigre del Mar can be found in the front of the house where you just picked up the treasure hunt.

The second boat, called Papi Chulo, can be found above water southwest of the starting point.

The third boat, called El Lucky, is found on its back on top of a house, northeast of the starting point.

The fourth boat, called Clarita, is found on a similar position as El Lucky – placed on its back on top of a house, this time on the western side of the starting point.

The fifth and final boat, called Roja Victoria, can be found underwater on the back of the house in the starting point (beware of the sharks!).
