Like Superman, Neymar Jr, Predator and Wolverine before them, this is a highlighted skin with their own series of challenges to complete in order to unlock
Alongside The Cube Queen skin, you’ll be able to collect a series of items which are, yes, all Cube inspired – from a backbling vortex to a glider which has you walk down onto the map.

The Cube Queen release time: When will the Cube Queen be available in Fortnite?
First of all, if you want to get The Cube Queen skin in Fortnite, then you must first buy the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 Battle Pass. Without the Battle pass, you won’t be able to take part in the associated challenges.
From there, the Cube Queen skin release date is Tuesday, October 26th – two days earlier than originally planned – at the following release times:
- UK: 2pm (BST)
- Europe and the Middle East: 3pm (CEST)
- East Coast US: 9pm (EDT)
- West Coast US: 6am (PDT)
Recently added to the game is the Refer a friend program and the Cube Queen skin. Recent quests include Touch a Cube, Spirit Vessel Caretaker’s footprints, Command Signal, scroll locations, mini-pufts, seismographs, Ghostbusters signs and deploying a ghost trap for the Containment Specialist. Elsewhere in Season 8, you can start using Sideways weapons, partake in Sideways encounters, and find colour bottles for Tonna Fish.
How to unlock The Cube Queen in Fortnite
Similar to previous seasonal skins, you have to complete a number of challenges to unlock the skin and other items.
