There are some crackers coming to Xbox Game Pass in October

Microsoft has announced new games coming to Xbox Game Pass in October – and there are a few crackers in there.

As expected, Forza Horizon 4 joins Xbox Game Pass on 2nd October (all Microsoft Studios games launch on Xbox Game Pass day and date with retail). Check out Oli’s Forza Horizon 4 impressions if you’re wondering whether to give Playground’s racer a shot.

On 1st October, MachineGames’ excellent shooter Wolfenstein: The New Order joins Xbox Game Pass. Also on Xbox Game Pass then is 4A Games’ brilliant Metro 2033 Redux.

Split/Second, the criminally-overlooked arcade racing game developed by the defunct Brighton-based studio Black Rock, hits Xbox Game Pass o 1st October, too.

Elsewhere, Xbox Game Pass gets Westerado: Double Barreled, Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures and Shantae: Half-Genie Hero.

All in all, a pretty good month if you’re looking for something new to play on Xbox Game Pass.
