Wargroove delayed to first quarter of 2019

Wargroove has been delayed from late 2018 to the first quarter of 2019.

The eye-catching Advance Wars-style game was moved “to provide players with a really robust package when the big day comes”, Chucklefish said in a blog post.

As it stands, Wargroove has a skirmish mode, an arcade mode, a campaign mode, a puzzle move, map creation, campaign creation, content sharing, a gallery, a codex and a jukebox, as well as loads of old-school secrets.

I played Wargroove on Nintendo Switch at EGX in September and came away impressed. It’s a pretty shameless rip-off of Advance Wars, but that’s why I love it.
